Current silicone baking mats range from the very thin at 0.3mm to just slightly thicker at 0.6mm. La Cuisinelle’s mats are 1.0 mm thick and thicker is better. That means our mats are easier to handle, won’t warp and will stay flat on your baking pan.
Silky smooth surface
Most baking mats have a non-stick surface that is tacky to the touch and tends to pick up dust or crumbs. Not ours. We have specified a high quality, silky smooth surface that nothing will stick to making cleaning much easier.

Safe to use
La Cuisinelle’s mats are 100% food grade silicone meeting all current FDA standards. We recommend that the mats are used at a maximum temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
