Ultimate Baking Mat
Our silicone baking mats are the perfect companion whenever you use a cookie sheet or baking pan. Cookies or biscuits simply slide right off of the mat. Even melted cheese and melted sugar lifts right off. Silicon also makes it easier to bake cookies without burning the bottoms. Silicone mats are also perfect for heating French fries, fish sticks or even cooking meatballs.
Once only found in the kitchens of professional French chefs, silicone baking mats have become the must have tool for all kitchens. No more scrubbing baking pans, simply wash with soapy water, rinse, and towel dry. The mats are dishwasher safe too.

Why La Cuisinelle baking mats are better
Thickest in the market
Current silicone baking mats range from the very thin at 0.3mm to just slightly thicker at 0.6mm. La Cuisinelle’s mats are 1.0 mm thick and thicker is better. That means our mats are easier to handle, won’t warp and will stay flat on your baking pan.
Silky smooth surface
Most baking mats have a non-stick surface that is tacky to the touch and tends to pick up dust or crumbs. Not ours. We have specified a high quality, silky smooth surface that nothing will stick to making cleaning much easier.
Leave your La Cuisinelle mat on your baking pan for storage or use the hole in the center to conveniently hang on a small hook behind a cabinet door or in the pantry.
Baking mats don’t need to be technical and boring. The ultimate baking mat introduces inspiring graphics screened onto the surface of the mat. These graphics range from the functional: showing the placement of cookie dough, to the artistic: representing snowflakes for wintry baking.
Safe to use
La Cuisinelle’s mats are 100% food grade silicone meeting all current FDA standards. We recommend that the mats are used at a maximum temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Expensive parchment paper, non-stick spray or oil, are not needed when baking with silicone. Our premium mats can be used over 2000 times which has the added advantage of extending the life of metal baking pans.
